Mina is an established mixed-methods researcher, with more than 5 years of experience working with a variety of government, not-for-profit and corporate clients. She supports the team through all stages of the research life cycle including project design, fieldwork, analysis and reporting.
Before joining SEC Newgate, Mina worked in various roles, including as a Research Officer at the Body, Heart and Mind in Business Research Group, a multidisciplinary group advancing knowledge in employee performance, health and wellbeing, and The Matilda Centre for Research in Mental Health and Substance Use. Outside of academia, she worked as a Researcher for ‘Behaviour’, a consulting team of behavioral economists working to solve fundamental business problems.
Mina currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Behavioural and Social Science in Health; Hons I) and is in the final months of her PhD at The University of Sydney Business School. Her doctoral research has enabled organisations to evaluate their CSR practices and understand how to leverage them to drive positive outcomes for multiple stakeholders.
