​​Amanda is an experienced associate partner who has operated at the highest levels of government, industry and national policy reform. She is a trusted adviser in politics, policy and media engagement, with a reputation for turning contested issues into workable outcomes—securing legislative outcomes and steering institutions through complexity. 
 
Amanda has represented regional and national industry peak bodies and was Deputy Chief of Staff to a Federal Cabinet Minister in the 47th Parliament. She has steered Cabinet‑level processes, brokered crossbench negotiations, and delivered complex legislative and regulatory reform in politically charged environments. 
 
She brings a proven ability to align industry strategy and map outcomes for public policy, strengthen governance, and lead national stakeholder engagement to get results through clarity, discipline and momentum. 
 
Her expertise in government centres on parliamentary and legislative processes, where she built strong cross‑Parliament relationships to support the negotiation and passage of legislation. She brings policy and advocacy experience from both government and the private sector, spanning business, alcohol, higher education and national social policy reform, with a focus on early childhood, youth and families, as well as telecommunications and media, regulatory guidance, and federal–state relations.​
